With actor-historian Jim Lucas who through music and words brings Martin Luther King’s words to life.
The event, which is recognized as one of the area’s oldest and most significant events commemorating the life of Dr. King, is acclaimed for its Gospel music and promises to be memorable. This year, the Mount Zion Inspirational Choir, directed by Phyllis Byrdwell, will perform familiar spirituals and songs of the era. KOMO 4 News Anchor Connie Thompson will emcee the program.
