Angela and Ethan Stowell have put their 15th Avenue restaurants Anchovies & Olives and Bar Cotto on the market, citing a desire to focus on other Capitol Hill and greater Seattle concepts.

Anchovies & Olives opened at 1550 15th Ave. in February 2009, followed in 2013 by Bar Cotto next door at 1546 15th Ave.

The Stowells are asking anyone interested in taking over the spaces to contact Travis Rosenthal at travisrosenthal@gmail.com for a chance to put the combined 2,809 square feet of space into one concept or continue as two restaurants.

Anchovies & Olives is focused on Italian seafood and pasta, offering Italian and Northwest wines, with an emphasis on white varietals.

Bar Cotto is a Parma-style salumi bar and pizzeria with a strong focus on cocktails. The space is 1,0000 square feet and includes two Wood Stone pizza ovens.
