The 3rd graders from Lowell and Stevens Elementary schools have been decorating hearts provided by the Capitol Hill Times. The winning hearts are printed below – congratulations to the winners in the following categories:
The school with the most winning hearts is Stevens Elementary. They will be presented with tickets to the Pacific Science Center.
