“How did it get so late so soon? It's night before it's afternoon.” - Dr. Seuss
After one month of summer vacation, the East District Council picks back up tonight. The evening’s meeting will include a discussion of recent bylaw revisions, and a neighborhood round robin.
“The East District Council is one of thirteen such Seattle councils, organized by the City Department of Neighborhoods as a way for local neighborhood groups to share information and to help the Department rate citizen applications for Neighborhood Matching Funds.”
District members include: Capitol Hill, First Hill, Madison Park, Madison Valley, Miller Park, Montlake and Yesler Terrace. Other neighbors are welcome.
