I’m addicted. Consider these stuffed mushrooms your new go-to appetizer when entertaining, your favorite snack while watching football on the weekends, your perfect dinner on lazy Friday nights.
A heap of new-age stuffed mushrooms, like “pizza stuffed” or “artichoke, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil,” has cropped up (actually, those both sound great and I’ll probably try make them if I ever feel like spending two hours on a snack), but they’re superfluous. The only things needed to make juicy, mouthwatering stuffed mushrooms are button mushroom caps and feta cheese, intermingled and baked for 10 minutes. Talk about low-maintenance.
